Grace Place Church
About Us
Welcome to our website highlighting the ministry of GRACE
PLACE CHURCH and the local and global ministries we support.
As an introduction, we are Lynn and Shirley Osborne. Our
pastoral and teaching ministry spans over 40 years and has
taken us to Africa, Central American and a number of states in
America. We are convinced that Jesus came, not to establish
another religion, but to reveal the love God has for all
humanity. We are convinced that Jesus death on the cross
was the undeniable demonstration of the unconditional love of
God. Jesus death, burial, and resurrection, and ascension into
heaven fulfilled all the requirements of the law, freed believers
from judgement and condemnation, opened the windows of
heaven and ushered in the revelation of peace with God and
Grace from God. Therefore we have determined that Grace
Place Church is a Judgement Free Zone where everyone is
welcome, accepted and loved. Our vision truly is to reveal
through teaching and the word of God, His Grace, Glory and
Goodness
Shirley and I want to invite you to became part of the family at
Grace Place Church and learn that God's richest blessings are
yours in Christ Jesus. He is not judging you and he is not mad
at you and he loves you extravagantly.

Missions
Rute and I have been in missions for over 20 years. We will always be grateful to our ministry partners.
Many of you , some as partners, have been with us for nearly 2 decades. Your support has enabled us to preach the gospel in 31 nations of the world and see over 1 million people respond to the gospel message.
This is how Paul put it:
How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall yhey preach unless they are sent Romans 10:14-15
Prison Ministry
Beauty for Ashes Ministry provides a Christ centered community that equips prisoners for their restored role in society through mentoring, practical teachings, and spiritual disciplines.
Since the beginning, Beauty for Ashes Ministry has followed their vision to reduce recidivism by providing Christ centered programs that prepare offenders for reentry by focusing on:
-
Inner healing of past wounds
-
Discipleship through the study of God's word
-
Life skills and mentoring
-
Successful home plans that include a community of support
The ministry has built strong relationships with numerous organizations and individuals that work with the offenders once they return home.

A Meal That Counts
Director Jamie Dodrill, started A Meal That Counts as a way to provide shut-ins and seniors in need of a healthy noon meal. Her vision didn't stop there hearing about children in schools going without food A Meal That Counts started providing groceries for families in need. Jamie's vision was always to start a Co-op and AMTC came to be partnering with farmers and vendors in the surrounding area. Jamie along with husband Brian have a heart to see this community thrive by doing good and sharing what they have.
